Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a classic autoimmune disease characterized by the presence of numerous autoantibodies in the patient's blood and multi-organ involvement. Current research indicates that genetic, endocrine, infectious, immune abnormalities, and certain environmental factors may all contribute to the development of SLE. Therefore, the pathogenesis of SLE and innovative drugs/therapies urgently need to be elucidated. In the quest to unravel the pathogenesis of SLE and identify effective therapeutic agents, SLE animal models have played a pivotal role. These models not only provide a preclinical platform to investigate the mechanisms underlying SLE development but also serve as disease surrogates for the development and evaluation of novel therapeutics.
At GemPharmatech, we provide several immune reconstitution SLE models for your research.
