Firstly, the human immune system (HIS) was reconstituted by infusing human hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) into NCG-M/IL15 (strain No.T056395) mice, which are immunodeficient for mouse T, B and NK cells.  After HIS reconstitution, DSS was added to the drinking water to induce IBD.

Study design were shown in Fig.1A. Treatment with Adalimumab alleviated body-weight loss (Fig.1B) and DAI score (Fig.1C). Colon length was also improved in Adalimumab treatment group (Fig.1D).Pathological study showed decreased HE score in Adalimumab treatment group (Fig.1E).
