Autoimmune nephropathy refers to a group of kidney diseases caused by the body's immune system mistakenly attacking the kidneys. These conditions can lead to inflammation and damage to the structures of the kidneys, impairing their function.
1. B6-hBAFF_lupus nephritis mouse model (Strain No. T036794)
• Humanized BAFF mouse model is established through transgenic expression of human BAFF in B6 mice.
• This model could be used for study the mechanism of BAFF involved disease and evaluation the drug targeting for BAFF.
2. BSA+CCl4+LPS induced IgA nephropathy mouse model
IgA staining( 4 weeks after LNP023/Astrasentan treatment, LNP023-complement factor B inhibitor, Astrasentan-endothelin A receptor antagonist )
3. B6-hC3_ C3 glomerulopathy mouse model (Strain No. T056196)
Urine were collected from male B6 and B6-hC3 mice for analysis(4-6 weeks). Urine biochemical analysis revealed the B6-hC3 mice presented with significant elevation of UACR, markers of glomerular filtration, indicating glomerular injury.
