Antibody Internalization Assays

Case: In vitro pharmacological efficacy evaluation assay of the ADC drug DS-8201a targeting HER2.

A pH-sensitive dye-labeled antibody emits fluorescence only after being phagocytosed into the endosomes of target cells and undergoing acidification. Flow cytometry is used to capture and analyze the fluorescence signal for quantifying the internalization effect.
