1. Detection of Cell Target Expression
Western blot was used to detect the expression level of mSTK11 protein in CT26-mSTK11(KO) cells, with results shown below:

2. Tumor Formation Validation Data
CT26-mSTK11(KO) can form tumors normally after subcutaneous inoculation in BALB/c-hPD1( T002726), with data as follows:
