GemPharmatech established and characterized a pancreatic cancer cell line from spontaneous pancreatic cancer mice (C57BL/6-KPC), the mPAKPC cell line. This cell line is tagged with Firefly Luciferase tagged for orthotopic inoculation and tracking purposes.
