Drug resistance remains a major obstacle to effective cancer treatments. Tumor cells often develop resistance to different therapeutic modalities via a diverse range of molecular and cellular mechanisms, leading to disease relapse and poor prognosis. Mouse models have become indispensable in the study of how drug resistance arises as well as the development of new treatment strategies to overcome resistance. In this webinar, we will explore how advanced preclinical models including drug resistant tumor lines and novel animal models are being leveraged to unravel resistance mechanisms. Attendees will gain insight into how these models are established, validated and applied to dissecting the molecular pathways driving resistance.
Topics for this webinar include:
Overview of cancer drug resistance and mechanisms of drug resistance
Establishment of DS8201 resistance model and drug evaluations
Establishment of anti-PD1 antibody resistance model and drug evaluations
