Pathology Diagnosis
Tumor size: The visible size of the small curvature of the gastric antrum is 4.6 cm × 3.7 cm × 1.7 cm ulcerative mass tumor with a gray white section, solid, medium texture, invasion of the entire layer, and unclear boundaries.
Histological type: Adenocarcinoma(Diffuse patchy arrangement, infiltrating growth, cellular atypia, large nuclei, and frequent nuclear division).
Stage: T4aN3aM0.
Histological grading: Poorly differentiated.
IHC: CK-P (+). CK-L (-), CD20 (+), CD3 (+), Her-2 (2+), Ki-67 (hot spot positive rate 60%), SMA (+), Desmin (+), DOG (partial+), CD117 (partial+), CD34 (vascular+), S-100 (-), Ki-67 (positive rate<1%).
