Pathology Diagnosis
Tumor size: There is an ulcerative mass on the greater curvature side of the stomach, with slightly raised mucosa around the ulcer area, measuring 3.5 × 3 × 0.9cm, section gray white, solid, medium in texture, invading the entire layer.
Histological type: Tubular adenocarcinoma (Adenoid immersion growth, cellular atypia, large nucleus, and frequent nuclear division).
Histological grading: Moderately differentiated.
IHC: CK-P (+), Her-2 (5+), Ki-67 (hot spot positive rate is about 60%).
