  • Pathology Diagnosis

Tumor size: Rectal cancer resection specimen: A segment of the intestinal canal attached to the anus, 20cm long, with an upper circumferential diameter of 6cm and a lower circumferential diameter of 4cm. At a distance of 11cm from the upper incision, 3.5cm from the lower incision, and 1.7cm from the dentate line, an ulcerative mass with a size of 5cm * 3cm * 0.5cm is seen, with a gray white section, solid, hard, unclear boundary, and invading the entire layer

Histological type: Ulcerative adenocarcinoma.

Histological grading: Poorly differentiated.

Stage: ⅢB(T3 N2a cM0)

IHC: Tumor cells express MLHI (++), ISH2 (++), PIS2 (++), MSH6(++), Her-2 (2+), P16 diffuse strong (+), CKL (+), CgA (1), Syn (1), CD56 (1), Ri-67 about 30% (+), CK5/6 (-), P63 (-).
